Frequent Installation Questions

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin installation failed.

You may encounter this issue if an incorrect file is uploaded to the website. If the Astra theme files are uploaded to the plugin folder, the No Valid Plugins were found ” error occurs. To resolve this, download the correct Astra Pro plugin file and upload it under Plugins > Add New. The file name would be similar to astra-addon-plugin-4.13.4.zip.

I installed it on a subdomain I get the answer Licence-key not Valid – why so?

The invalid license key message may appear if the license key is used up on the allowed number of websites in the subscription. To resolve this, deactivate the license from another website or upgrade to a higher site license. You can choose a subscription for up to 1000 sites.
